It offers Total IT Solution both Outright Purchase, Fixed Term Rental and BOT (Build, Operate, & Transfer) basis.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Requirements :

Male with minimum S-1 in Technical/informatics or related majors
Age min. 27-35
Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
Well organized and discipline
Accurate, familiar with details job
Good command in written and oral English
Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature & dynamic
Good understanding of procurement and tendering procedures
Good computer literate min Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Fast learner & have a good conceptual and analytical skill
Must have strong leadership, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, personal credibility, and a team worker.
Good personality and honest
Job Responsibilities :

Process, control and monitoring procurement/payment Vendor management
Support daily activity of Procurement department
Ability to quickly able to adapt and understand the company's basic procurement system and procedures
Involve in co-ordination of the procurement function due to the company policy and procedures
Continuous follow-up with assigned supplier accounts
Plan, organize, and control procurement activities in assigned business unit(s) and report to Procurement Head
Organize, control and reviewing a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors, reviewing bid proposals from vendors and making recommendation; and following up with vendors on goods delivery
Evaluate vendors’ performance;
Ensure that records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance and inventory are well maintained
