BUSINESS CONTROLLER - LOGISTICS

( Jakarta )

Requirements :

Male / At least 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree graduated at an accredited college or university, preferably from Accountancy or certified management Accountant
At least 5 years experiences in accounting firm and or financial reporting area plus experience in supply chain
Able to work with tight deadline and under pressure
Experience in capital goods industry
Computer literate and able to prepare and manage material database
Excellent English ( Verbal and Written )
Good communication interpersonal skills
Solution and process oriented, analytical thinking, well organized, didactical and educational skills
Ability to work both independently and a team in environment
Responsibilities :

Control clinker & good supply chain and export business by ensuring related operational and financial objectiveness are achieved and operations are optimized to improve operational and financial performance
Follow up and analyze product office methods and organization according to performance
Preparation and coordination of weekly Capex call
Act as point of contact for different ad hoc questions of different stakeholders
Direct and plan financial activities and monitor the accounting department
Design of documentation samples for preferences and taxation procedures
Compare and analyze planned vs. actual act
Liaise with supply chain & export management to ensure accurate and proper reporting ( Financial Accounting & Management Accounting )
Assist and work proactively with the operational until and the other department which requires supporting financial data
Timely organize the company budget, latest estimates and Financial Plan in the area of Logistic
