Human Resource Officer - PT Alpha Salmon
Manage hiring process, which involves both finding, interviewing, and hiring.
Head hunting potential candidates in technical field, such as programmers, designers, project managers, and etc.
Knowledgeable with salary range in the industry for each technical expertise required.
Responsible in creating HR standard for day-to-day operation process that also cover interview process and resigning employee. These need to be well documented for maintaining future operation standard.
Responsible for filing employee’s data in a well organized manner, such as induction form, annual leave sheet, sick leave, copy of NPWP, copy of KTP, exit interview, contract, resignation letter, salary slip, and etc in the form of both soft & hard copy.
Responsible to keep track of annual/sick leave the spreadsheet provided, with approval form in hard copy.
Be the first point of contact to both local & Sydney for all reports and paperwork related for HR, such as sick/annual leave, overtime, recruitment, interview, timesheet, and etc.
Responsible to ensure everyone in PT Alpha Salmon enter their timesheet every day, and check for the accuracy of the data everyday – any anomaly on the data must be reported back to Operations Director and provide analytic information regarding the timesheet by cooperating with Operation Director.
Good knowledge in HR and HR legislation in Indonesia, and required to inform both local & Sydney on changes with HR legislations here in Indonesia.
Liaise with local accountant (RSM) for any tax related matters (concerning HR) and advise Sydney team for any updates.
All sensitive information, such as salary, tax, and any confidential information must be strictly kept confidential. All access needs approval from Managing Directors.
To provide any adhoc assistance to Managing Director and Operation Director.
Responsible in all HR related activities, such as creating contract for new employees, compiling job description, going through last day procedure with resigned/terminated employee, show newbie around, organising any company related event, etc.
Need to have a professional self-representation for potential hired candidate or during the head hunting process, as to represent the company’s image.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, especially excel, word and powerpoint.
Must be fluent in English, oral and written.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products.
Have pride in HR duties.
To learn new skills and be prepared to be trained in different disciplines.
Relieve other account staff and do other duties as when required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and have a strong people skill.
Must discuss any issues that may arise during the course of employment affecting your ability to work to managers whether it is issues with clients, Alpha Salmon or personal.
Do not disclose any information about Alpha Salmon regarding its size, plans or any other information that maybe deemed to be harmful to the credibility of the organisation.
